Additional Info: The Veritas RS III was a concept car introduced back in 2001. Production of the RS III was due at the end of 2008 and but eventually arrived in 2009 with a limited run of 30 cars. The original concept had it with a 6.1 litre V12 BMW engine putting out around 670bhp, 560lbft and weighing in at around a tonne. Engine choices are now a 480bhp, 442lb-ft 4.0 litre V8 BMW M3 engine (6 speed manual, 0-60 in 3.6) or the 5.0 litre V10 from the BMW M5 (above). No ABS or traction control. |
