Additional Info: The M4 has been built using many aluminium components throughout it’s chassis and body, as well as much use of carbon fibre reinforced plastic to reduce weight. Development of the M4 focused on creating a race track capable car and as such features a track specific cooling system, a rear diffuser, M Servotronic, Active M Differential and Adaptive M suspension. Optioning the M4 with the 7 speed M Double Clutch Transmission will reduce the 0-60 to 4 secs. Also worth a mention are the 428i coupe with 241bhp, 0-60 in 5.6 secs, a 435i coupe with 301bhp, 0-60 in 4.9-5.2 secs, a 435i coupe diesel with 308bhp, 0-60 in 5.3 secs. A convertible version also get’s the 428i and 435i engines. BMW also offer an M Performance Parts program, adding more power and style. 443bhp M4 Competition Pack edition added in March 2016.
