| Additional Info: Created to be an affordable to buy and run sports car by Mercedes, note: most were made in France. Available as a Roadster (targa top) and Roadster Coupe (has extended roof to rear and a targa top). The Roadster comes with either a 61bhp (0-60 in 15 secs) or an 81bhp engine, while the Coupe gets the 81bhp engine only. A gear paddle shift is optional. Brabus versions are also available with 101bhp (0-60 in 9.5 secs), lower suspension, new twin exhausts, six spoke alloys, different spoilers and side sills and upgraded interior trim. Brabus also created a prototype with a V6 Bi-Turbo producing 215bhp, however these are not road legal. Other special editions include the Roadster Coupe Racing edition, with many Brabus extras and a build number starting with RCR UK...., they also had a 90bhp optional upgrade. The 'Finale Edition' was availabe in a number of special colours. |
