| Additional Info: Given the project name 'Tomcat' and it had a targa top option. The Turbo version was a bit much for the chassis and suspension to cope with, but it's still a fast car for not much money. Also available is a 109-111bhp 1.6 Rover 216 Coupe (0-60 in 9.5), a 1996-1999 142bhp 1.8 Rover 218 VVC (0-60 in 7.8), and a 136bhp non turbo 220 (0-60 in 8 secs). Note that in 1996 the 1.6 Honda engine was replaced by the 1.6 Rover K series engine. |
