| Additional Info: Also available with 3.2 (125hp) and 3.7 (145hp) litre slant six engines and a 230hp 318cu V8. A "Twister" 318 was available in 1971, with Rallye wheels, racing mirrors, side stripes, flat black hood with a scoop, bucket seats and more. In 1974-1975 the 340 was replaced by a 360cu engine, rated at 230-245hp (net hp). A popular mod is to shoe horn a 440cu engine in (see video below). |
