Zenvo LogoBrief History About Zenvo

Zenvo Automotive was founded in 2004 in Denmark by Troels Vollertsen with the name Zenzo coming from the last 3 letters in his surname (sen=Zen) and first 2 letters of his surname (Vo=vo). The company is run and lead by Jesper Jensen.

With the dream to build a supercar, ideas were put down on paper in 2004 and by 2006 the development of the car started with a prototype car designed by Christian Brandt and Jesper Hermann being built by 2008, which was then unveiled at the 2009 24-hour Le Mans ‘Drivers parade’.

Official production of their ST1 was started in 2011, with the first buyer taking ownership their car in 2012. The TS1 was released in 2016 replacing the ST1.
