Additional Info: Also available was a 532bhp Supercharged 6.0 litre (0-60 in 4.8 secs). 2008-2009 engine now 6.2 litres producing 425bhp (0-60 in 4.9 secs also, but quicker in-gear acceleration). Facelift in 2011, which features LED running lights, more bonnet vents, new wing vents, new rear spoiler, restyled grille, front bumper, rear bumper, diffuser and interior. The 2011 models available are a 425bhp clubsport and GTS and a 576bhp supercharged GTS and Bathhurst S Edition which gets to 60 in around 4.5 secs. A limited edition VXR8 GTS-R was released in 2017 with 587bhp and a 0-60 time of 4.2 secs and will be the final VXR8 to come off the production line. More on the GTS-R here. |
