Brief History About PGO
PGO was founded in 1980 in France by Gilles and Olivier Prevot (PGO).
PGO started off building replica Cobra’s, but in 1998 sold the company to Laurent Skrzypczak and Olivier Baudouin, who then decided to develop of their own car based on the Porsche 356, showing the prototype at the 2000 Paris Motor Show and built from 2003.
In 2004, Porsche take PGO to court, but lose.
In 2005, Naser International purchases the majority of PGO and with a cash injection the Cevennes gets developed and built for 2007, as well as deciding to go international with their cars.
In 2008 PGO release the Hemera and in 2012 BMW signs a contract with PGO to them engines for their cars.
