Additional Info: Known as the 308 GT in the UK. Uses the 1.6 THP engine (Twin-Scroll turbocharger and direct petrol injection) with VTi (Variable valve and Timing injection). It sports 18″ alloys, twin chrome pipes, rear roof spoiler and sports interior. Also to note are the 1.6 THP 150-156bhp engines, which get the 308 to 60 in 8.5 secs, the 175bhp version that will get it there in 8 secs and the 2.0 HDi engines, that while off the mark not as quick as the others, gives good mid range acceleration and more mpg. |

Additional Info: The 270bhp 308 GTi has a Torsen limited slip diff, bucket seats, uprated 4 piston calipers, 19″ alloys and uprated suspenison. Also available is a 246bhp version with a 0-60 time of around 6 seconds. There’s also a 205bhp GT that gets to 60 in 7.3 seconds. |
