Additional Info: The 208 GTi has a much wider track at both the front and rear over the standard 208. A lot of attention to detail for both the exterior and interior and with good use of satin chrome and red accents here and there, make this an appealing hot hatch. Peugeot have also put quite a bit of time in on developing the 208 GTi’s chassis dynamics, ridgity of suspension components and giving it good steering response. In-gear re-acceleration is impressive, with the 208 GTi accelerating from 50 to 75mph in less than 7.0 seconds in 5th gear. 208 GTi 30th edition released with 208bhp, 0-60 in 6.5 secs, 0-1km 16.5 secs, wider track, lowered, uprated brakes. |
