Additional Info: Similar engine to the 1.6, but with a longer stroke to create 1.9 litres. A catalytic converter was later added which reduced power to nearer 120bhp. Also worth a mention is the LHD only 4WD 205 Turbo 16 or 205 T16, it had a 16v turbo engine that put out around 200bhp, 200 were built for homologation for group B rally participation. |
