Brief History About Gillet
Gillet was founded in 1992 in Belgium by Tony Gillet. Tony was a racing driver, who wanted to build a lightweight sports car of his own, having dealt with and successfully driven for the German automotive Donkervoort.
The Vertigo prototype was shown at various motor shows between 1992 and 1993, before production started in 1994. The car has also been built as a racing car and has competed in several FIA championship races.
