Additional Info: The 2014 Corvette Z06 features excellent aerodynamics, improving downforce, a removable roof panel, aluminium frame, the LT4 6.2 litre engine and an optional high performance 8 speed automatic . There’s also a convertible Z06, with a structure that is 20% stiffer than the previous years Z06, yet has a weight similar to the coupe version using the latest technologies and materials. A Z07 performance package will also be available with even more improvements for the track minded driver and includes Brembo carbon-ceramic matrix brakes, Michelin Pilot Sport Cup tires and adjustable front- and rear-aerodynamic components. For those looking for a little less performance, there’s the Corvette Stringray with the 460bhp/465lbft LT1 6.2 litre engine, gets an average 26mpg and will still see 60mph in under 4 secs. A Track-capable Z51 Performance Package, which includes, an electronic limited-slip differential, dry-sump oiling system, integral brake, differential and transmission cooling, as well as a unique aero package that further improves high-speed stability is also available, plus a comprehensive exterior and interior styling program for your Corvette Stingray. Corvette Carbon 65 Edition released for 2018 to celebrate 65 years of the Corvette – more here. |
