Additional Info: The V12 Vantage has a button that allows the driver to select between a standard powertrain setting or a sport setting depending on driving conditions and requirements at the time. Much development with the suspension gives a low centre of gravity, improved grip and traction. The the position of the gearbox and engine has allowed for a very good weight distribution of 51:49. In 2013 the 565bhp Vantage S was released and can get to 60 in 3.7-3.9 seconds and top out at just over 200mph. In 2015 a track inspired Vantage GT3 (GT12) Special Edition was released with a limited run of 100 examples and weighs 100kg lighter than the standard V12 Vantage S. Vantage S Red Bull Racing Edition released in 2017 more here. |
