Brief History About Ascari
Ascari Cars Ltd is a British company founded by Dutchman Klass Zwart in 1995 which had its headquarters in Banbury, Oxfordshire, England. The name Ascari comes from the double F1 world champion Italian driver Alberto Ascari, who was sadly killed in 1955 during a race that he wasn’t even suppose to be racing. Ascari’s first car was the FGT built in 1995, followed by the Ecosse in 1998/99. After a bit of development time, they then released the KZ1 in 2003. In 2010 Ascari ceased production.
