Additional Info: The 442 was an options package for the Cutlass and F-85 from 1964 to 1967 (1st gen). The Olds 442 became a seperate model in 1968 (1968-1971 - 2nd gen). 1964 models had a 310hp 330cu engine with a 0-60 of 7.4 secs and a 1/4 mile of 15.6. 1965 models had a 345hp 400cu engine with a 0-60 of 5.5 and 1/4 mile of 15. 1966 models had a 350hp 400cu engine with a 0-60 of 7.1 and a 1/4 mile of 15.5 and also available was a 3x2 bbl 360hp 400cu engine with a 0-60 of 6.8 and 1/4 mile of 15. 1967 models had a 300hp 400cu engine, a 350hp 400cu engine and the 360hp 400cu "W30" (forced air induction) that did 60 in 6.7 secs and the 1/4 mile in 15 secs. 1968 models had a 290hp 400cu engine, a 325hp 400cu engine (auto), a 350hp 400cu engine (manual), the 360hp 400cu W30 and a new 390hp 455cu "Hurst/Olds" (force air and turbo hydromatic with Hurst dual gate shifter), 0-60 in 5.4 and 1/4 mile in 13.9. 1969 models had a 325hp 350cu "W31" engine with a 0-60 of 6.6, 1/4 mile in 14.9, a 325hp 400cu engine (auto), a 350hp 400cu engine (manual), a 350hp 400cu "W32" engine, a 360hp 400cu "W30" engine and a 380hp 455cu "Hurst/Olds" engine with a 0-60 of 6.2, and 1/4 mile of 14.1. 1970 models had a 310hp 350cu "Rallye" engine with a 0-60 of 7 and 1/4 mile of 15.3, a 365hp 455cu engine and a 370hp 455cu "W30" with 0-60 in 5.7 and 1/4 mile in 14.4. 1971 models are now net hp, with a 270hp 455cu engine and a 300hp 455cu "W30" with 0-60 in 6.5 and 1/4 mile in 14.8 secs. 1972 had a 160hp 350cu engine, a 180hp 350cu engine, 250hp 455cu engine, 300hp 455cu engines for the W30 and Hurst/Olds.
