With an output of 740 hp / (544 kW), the G-POWER M5 with the 4.4 V8 bi-turbo engine is on par with the first legendary G-POWER M5 / M6 HURRICANE variants, which ran the supercharged V10 engine. And with a torque of 975 Nm, gives us an impressive figure that is even higher than before.
The G-POWER Bi-Tronik 5 V4 package consists of a microprocessor-controlled external power module, giving optimised engine control and also a lightweight titanium exhaust system including sports catalysts, to reduce back pressure significantly. Performance for the G-Power M5 shows us a sprint from 0 to 200 km / h can now be done in 10.5 seconds and the top speed is now well beyond the 300 km / h mark.
Rounding off the G-POWER M5 modifications under the hood, is an engine cover made of fine clear-coated carbon fibre that improves the look of the standard engine compartment. The centrally mounted G-POWER plaque gives a discreet hint of the M5s performance improvement. There’s also 4×100 tail pipes made from a choice of either Titanium or Carbon fibre.
The G-POWER M5 also gets 21″ G-POWER HURRICANE RR forged wheels and 21″ MICHELIN ZR tyres – 9.0 x 21″ with 255/30 in front and 10.5 x 21″ 295/25 at the rear. The designed was carried out in CAD and optimized by FEM analysis. The G-POWER twin-spoke ultra-light aircraft aluminium designed wheels harmonises perfectly with the sporty masculine profile of the BMW M5 F10.
