| Additional Info: The 400 was available with different power ratings, such as, 265bhp, 330bhp, 335bhp (HO), 345bhp (Ram Air II), 370bhp (Ram Air IV) and a 500bhp Ram Air V. The Ram Air IV did 60 in 5.6 secs and a 1/4 mile in 13.9 secs. 1972 got a 455cu with 325bhp and a 455 HO with 335 bhp. Net horsepower from 1972 gave 250bhp for the 400cu and 300bhp for the 455cu. 1973 got a 150bhp 350cu, with the 400cu now at 230bhp, the 455cu at 250bhp and a 455 SD (Super Duty) with 310bhp (1/4 mile in 13.5 secs). 1974 similar to 1973. 1975/76 saw a big drop in power and no 455 SD. In 1977 the 455 was dropped and new a 301/305 was introduced. Note the changes made to the bumpers, front and rear end, lights and general bodywork trim, which went through a number of changes over the 2nd gen's production run. |

| Additional Info: The 301/305 has 135bhp, the 350 has 155bhp, 400 has 185-220bhp (185bhp covers the 1/4 mile in around 16 secs). A 185bhp 403cu Olds engine was also used and could get to 60 in around 9 secs and cover the 1/4 mile in around 16.4 secs). A 1976 455cu has around 200bhp and gets to 60 in around 8.4 secs and the 1/4 mile in 15.9 secs. |
