Additional Info: In 1955 a 265cu V8 was introduced and was available with various power pack options. The 1956 265cu 210 could get to 60 in around 9 secs. In 1957 the 283cu Super Turbo Fire V8 engine with 283hp was introduced and had fuel injection. Other options include a 283 with 220hp (4 barrel carb), a 283 with 245hp (2 x 4 barrel carbs), a 283 with 270hp (2 x 4 barrel carbs + Duntov cams) and a 283 with 250hp (fuel injection).
