Cavallino Motors Has Officially Launched The Ferrari 488 GTB In Thialand
A new chapter in automobile has begun as Cavallino Motors, the sole official Ferrari importer and service center of Thailand, has officially launched its latest automotive innovation. The Ferrari 488 GTB sets a new benchmark for the sports car sector. Forty years from the launch of Ferrari’s iconic first-ever mid-rearengined V8 berlinetta, the 308, the Ferrari 488 GTB opens a new chapter in the history of cars. Close to 400 passionate VIP guests attended the exclusive event held at The Postal Heritage Hall, Grand Postal Building, Bangkok, on August 21.

Mrs. Nandhamalee Bhirombhakdi, Managing Director of Cavallino Motors, says “Cavallino Motors, the sole official Ferrari importer and service center of Thailand, is proud to premiere the latest revolution in automobile – the 488 GTB to our customers in Thailand.

The Ferrari 488 GTB provides classic design, a Ferrari signature, and the perfect marriage of technology and performance. The scalloped side air intakes pay homage to those found on the 308 GTB, Ferrari’s iconic first-ever mid-rear-engined V8 Berlinetta introduced 40 years ago.”

Ferrari 488 GTB is a sports car that encapsulates Ferrari’s classic lines, with a focus on aerodynamics which has also made a pivotal contribution to performance. It provides track-level performance that can be enjoyed in everyday use. The number 488 indicates the engine’s unitary displacement, while the GTB stands for Gran Turismo Berlinetta, a reference to its deep roots in Ferrari history of mid-rear-engined V8 Berlinetta.

“488 GTB provides track-level performance that can be enjoyed to the full even by nonprofessional drivers in everyday use. Its response times, nimbleness and on-the-limit driving guarantee a unique sense of exhilaration and unparalleled driving pleasure. 488 GTB has been well received in Thailand prior to the premiere. We are confident that the 488 GTB will continue to be well-received in Thailand,” said Mrs. Nandhamalee.
