The original Caterham 7 Superlight R500 uses the K-series Rover engine. It then got a 2 litre Duratec engine in 2009 with 263bhp, 177 lbft of torque and has a 0-60 time of just 2.9 secs, 0-100 time of 7 secs and gets down the quarter mile in 11.6 secs.
