Aston Martin To Provide Unique Brand Insight At Pebble Beach
This coming Wednesday, Aston Martin will open the doors to ‘Aston Martin On Ocean’, a one-of-a-kind brand experience store that will spearhead the luxury carmaker’s presence at the 2016 Pebble Beach Automotive Week.

Based in a prime location off Ocean Avenue in the heart of downtown Carmel, the ‘pop- up’ store will be open from Wednesday (17th) until Saturday (20th), providing a unique opportunity to experience the Aston Martin brand during one of the most special weeks on the US automotive calendar.

Aston Martin President and CEO, Dr Andy Palmer said: “Pebble Beach is always a highlight on the calendar for Aston Martin. The event has such a rich history and we are delighted to be able to share some of our own rich history via this incredible brand experience centre.

“Aston Martin is a company of car lovers. We are passionate about our brand and the sports cars we produce. Everything we do is for the love of beautiful; beautiful cars, beautiful proportions, beautiful authentic materials – beautifully hand-crafted art. Pebble Beach is an incredible celebration of the automobile so what better place for us to showcase Aston Martin. I hope that everyone who comes along to see us will leave with a true sense of the Aston Martin ethos and spirit.”

The Aston Martin On Ocean store will provide guests with an unique insight into the British luxury brand through a series of on-site interactive demonstrations of how the company designs and builds its sports cars from the initial sketch to the clay model, right through to the finishing touches provided by ‘Q by Aston Martin’.

The ‘DB’ lineage will be on proud display within the store, allowing guests to get up-close-and-personal with the iconic DB5 and James Bond’s DB10 as featured in Spectre. The new and highly-anticipated Aston Martin DB11 will be making its first major public appearance in the US and visitors will be able to take it for a virtual test drive before also taking the opportunity to learn about the full Aston Martin range, including Vanquish, Rapide S, V8 Vantage GTS and V12 Vantage S.

Aston Martin’s EVP & Chief Creative Officer, Marek Reichman said: “It is fascinating for me to be able to showcase our design and build practices and of course some of our cars during this great event. To have instant feedback from people who have a real interest in what we do is a great experience.  This store also gives us the opportunity to introduce people to the ‘Art of Living by Aston Martin’ so they can really experience the brand.”

The ‘Art of Living’ is Aston Martin’s unique concept, created to take the company beyond sports cars into the luxury of the brand’s lifestyle. One of the first Art of Living by Aston Martin collaborations was with Quintessence Yachts, who will showcase the model of the stunning AM37 yacht at Aston Martin on Ocean.

New partner Master & Dynamic will demonstrate some of its audio products at  Aston Martin On Ocean and, along with a stunning display of jewelry by Christie’s and the new Storck Aston Martin bicycle, the store is set to be a popular destination when it opens its doors tomorrow.
